Inilah Daftar Lengkap Nominasi Oscar 2015, 'Birdman' dan 'The Grand Budapest Hotel 'Pimpin 9 Nominasi

Nominasi Academy Awards ke-87 atau Oscar baru saja diumumkan Kamis, (15/01/2015) oleh Presiden Academy , Cheryl Boone Isaacs bersama Chris Pine, J.J. Abrams, dan Alfonso Cuaron di gedung Samuel Goldwyn Theater, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.

Dari daftar nominasi tersebut, film  Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) dan   The Grand Budapest Hotel bersaing ketat dengan meraih jumlah nominasi yang sama, yakni 9 nominasi. Kemudian disusul  The Imitation Game dengan 8 nominasi, dan Boyhood dan American Sniper  dengan 6 nominasi.  Seperti yang diketahui, Boyhood garapan sutradara Richard Linklater baru saja memenangkan Best Picture di ajang Golden Globe yang baru saja digelar.

Berbeda dengan tahun sebelumnya, tahun ini juri AMPAS (Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science) memasukkan 8 film ke dalam kategori Best Picture. Kedelapan film itu adalah Birdman, Boyhood, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Selma, The Imitation Game, Whiplash, The Theory of Everything, dan American Sniper.  Total ada 24 kategori yang akan memperebutkan piala Oscar.

Para pemenang akan diumumkan pada hari Minggu (22/02/2014) di Dolby Theatre,  Hollywood  di saluran ABC dengan pemandu acara  Neil Patrick Harris.
